Willow
We replaced the original production deck (ply with teak veneer) on this Bavaria with a solid teak deck for a greatly improved look and feel to the boat.
St David's Light
Having suffered from some rot and broken deck beams, we replaced the problem area on the deck of this 39' 6" Illingworth & Primrose yacht. (2008)

Infanta
Before her Transatlantic Circuit we did various bits of remedial shipwright work to get in tip top shape, includung this alteration to integrate a chart plotter without ruining the classic look of the boat
Monya
A number of planks have been replaced on the port side of this 1930's motorboat. Further work is to include replacing the deck. (2008)
Duet
Relaunched at the beginning of May 2007, Patrick and Richard - our latest recruit - have spent time over the past few months returning this 1920's 6-metre class yacht to racing specification. The cruising interior of a cabin with bunks, galley, etc has been removed returning to the original double open cockpit configuration the boat was originally built with.

Twilight
A new galley has been fitted into Patrick's own boat Twilight as a final necessary update so she is ready to sell (see Boats for Sale page)

Snapper
This was our own project.We found the 18 ft teak gaffer deserted on a nearby marshland and decided it need rescuing. A great project for teaching the apprentices shipwrighting skills she has since been sold. (2007)


Aeolus
Decks were recaulked ready for the Classic Yacht Regatta in Cowes. Further work is to include an interior fit out and detailed joinery on deck. (2006)

Various Yarmouth X-boats
Work has been done on a number of these one-design yachts.Projects include new laminated oak knees, a yellow pine floor and teak cockpit gratings and the splining of a hull using SP Systems Epoxy and cedar.

West Wight Scows
A number of projects, ranging from a new paint job to total restoration.
